We are pleased to recommend you based on the installation undertaken by you and your team on our bathroom and downstairs toilet refurbishments. The estimates for both installations were very good and prompt. It was well programmed and all the promised dates were kept. My wife and i are very pleased with the final finsh. We had a minor problem which was not tom's fault but a phone call to tom at 4.30pm on a friday afternoon and he arrived less than 20 minutes later and sovled our problem. That was excellent service and a great relief. All tom's sub-contractors (electricain,tiler and floor layer) performed well and where efficient, neat and executed all that was asked of them and kept within the estimates. We have no hesitation in recommending T.B.W plumbing and heating based on our experience

We heard of TBW Plumbing and Heating through our bathroom supplier. We gave Tom a call and he and John came round the very next day to discuss our requirments - removing their boots before entering the house! Tom was very easy to talk to and offered sound advise based on the space available, existing system and necessary upgrades ie new pump. He supplied a very favourable quotation which included removing the old bathroom suite - something we thought we'd have to do ourselves.

TBW Plumbing and Heating were conscientious, clean and very professional and we would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his team for their high standards of workmanship, excellent communication and helpful advise. They always made responding to our needs their first priority, and the result was a high-quality modern bathroom, completed on time and budget. We were impressed enough to ask them to do some additional heating work, replacing a radiator and thermostatic radiator valves. The house has never been so warm!

We have no hesitation in recommending TBW Plumbing and Heating as the service is professional and personal - work was carried out quickly and cheerfully and to a really high standard. We would be very happy to talk to anyone who would like a personal recommendation. We intend to ask TBW PLumbing and Heating to undertake more major plumbing work for us.

We employed tom to fit a replacement bathroon having recently moved into a new property. We had originally chosen and ordered the suite thourgh a local supplier, who where going to deliver the items prior to when when we had tom booked for.

At the last minute we were let down by our supplier and in a position with Tom due to arrive and fit the bathroom and no suite to fit. We cannot speak highly enough of the trouble Tom went to and the effort he put in to helps us choose a replacement suite, Which he ordered and managed to get delivered within a couple of days. He readily popped round of an evening to help us choose suitable items, personally collected the suite and spoke to the supplier on our behalf, and resolved a couple of problems with items not arriving on time.

He saved us a huge amount of streSs, and enabled us to have the bathroom fitted as planned something that couldnt have been delayed given that my wife was 8 moNths pregnant

On top of this the quality of the workmanship he carried out and the speed with which he worked were second to none. He very quickly solved a number of issues we had with very old plumbing and completed the work on time, and without any issues at all.

We also feel we should complement the ability of the other people employed by Tom who plastered our bathroom ceiling, and tiled the floor and walls. They also provided excellent workmanship and did exactly what they should have done, a credit to themselves and Tom for arranging them.

We would without a doubt highy recommend Tom to anyone who needs a bathroom fitted - he is a credit to his profession.

We have just had a bathroom ensuite and downstairs cloakroom refurbished by Tom and his team. We are delighted with the results. We would recommend them to anybody. We had excellent advice from Tom when he came to give us an estimate, and nothing was too much trouble and his fees are very competitive compared to other plumbers we had had estimates from. He is a very easy man to talk to and definitly knows his plumbing. We would use him again without any hesitation. TBW Pumbing & Heating did everything we asked for, and more.

Deciding to have a new bathroom is one thing, finding a bathroom the Mrs was happy with was another.
The next huge problem is finding someone who you can trust to come into your house and fit it to your standard and expectations.

Having Tom fit our bathroom was like having our own personal project manager. Tom not only completed the work, he kept a close eye on other contractors during the installation.

At no point was anything too much trouble, and if a problem came up he would decide on a solution
that was best for us the customer, not the easiest solution. The end result was a stunning bathroom
completed to a very high standard.

I would definitely use Tom again, and would not hesitate in recommending him to friends, family or even strangers.
